Have You Been Thinking About Downsizing Your Home? by Casey Serafino-Lee

Have you been thinking about downsizing your home or maybe moving out of the area?  I’d highly suggest that if this has been on your mind that you might want to consider moving sooner than later.

Hi everyone, I’m Casey Serafino-Lee, Realtor, to my Hayward area friends and neighbors. Recently, we’ve been seeing higher price homes stay on the market longer as well as price reductions with these same homes. I believe that this is due to the interest rates increasing, making it a little bit harder for people to qualify for those larger loans.

So if you’ve been tossing around the possibility of downsizing or maybe even moving out of the area, let’s talk. We can discuss the pros and the cons, and I can help you come up with a clear plan of action. So please, give me a call. And remember, there is never a dumb  question. I’m Casey Serafino-Lee, Realtor, helping my friends and neighbors build wealth one home at a time.

Are You Thinking of Moving Out of the Bay Area? by Casey Serafino-Lee

Is living in the Bay Area driving you crazy?     Are you wanting to move to another state, or maybe another area? Or maybe you’re relocating jobs?

I’m Casey Serafino-Lee, Realtor to my friends and neighbors in Hayward. I’ve had quite a few friends and family move out of the Bay Area for many different reasons. And it is always hard to see them go.

The moving process can be daunting going so far away, but there are some things that can make your life easier if you’re thinking about doing it.

Number one, get ready to put your house on the market.

Number two, hire a Realtor so you can get the most amount of money in the least amount of time.

Number three, start your packing. Remove your photos and knick-knacks from the home which also starts the staging process for your sale.

Number four, get bids from moving companies. They can’t pick up your things with only a day’s notice.

So if you are thinking about moving out of the Bay Area, I can help. One of the things that greatly helps my clients is connecting you with a trusted agent on the other end for a smooth transition. I belong to a network of over 5000 top producing agents, and I know many of them personally. Contact me if you are thinking about moving out of the Bay Area, and I would love to help you.

Why Sell Your Hayward Home Now? by Casey Serafino-Lee

Have you been thinking about upgrading? Why should you sell now? Hi everyone, I am Casey Serafino-Lee, Realtor to my Hayward friends and neighbors. Thanks so much for tuning in.

Did you know that we have the largest generation entering the housing market… the MILLENALS! And they will be going after starter homes or lower-priced homes. A good reason to act now is that there are many people who are retiring and looking to downsize. So how does this affect you OR how can this benefit you? Well, if you have a starter home, then you’ve got what a lot of people want and that creates competition, which equates to more money for you and multiple offers.

If you think this video may benefit someone that you know, please like, share, or comment. And as always, make it a great home selling and buying day.

Home Sellers, Get the Maximum Value for Your Home by Casey Serafino-Lee

Every homeowner want to maximize their profit when selling their home.   But how can you guarantee you get the most value when selling?

Hi, I’m Casey Serafino-Lee,  Area (Castro Valley, San Leandro, San Lorenzo, Union City) Realtor and neighbor and here are two ways to ensure you get the most value for your home when you are ready to sell.

First price it a little low. Sounds counter intuitive right? Most homeowners think that pricing their home a little over the market will leave room for negotiations. Well, in actuality, the higher the price of the home, the less people will be able to look at it and lessens the demand of the home. Sellers, instead of trying to win the negotiations with more than one buyer and try to price your home a little lower so the demand is maximized.  By doing this, instead of negotiating with only one buyer, you can have multiple buyers  fighting over the house.

Second, use a Realtor. Most sellers think they will save money by avoiding a real estate commission . With that being said, studies have shown that homes sell for more money when handled by a real estate professional.

So, bottom line, price your home a little low or at Fair market value AND hire a professional.

Stay tuned as I bring you more house and community tips. Don’t forget to like comment and share this video.
