These are New Construction homes. Not only can you see the design choices and great staging you can see the way the homes are laid out. I give September 2019 home prices as well as sizes of homes and when they were built. Finally I take you on a tour of both parks, Gordon E. Oliver Eden Shores Park as well as the Alden E.
